Certified Researcher in Business (CRB) assesses learners’ skills of independent enquiry and critical analysis by undertaking a sustained research investigation of direct relevance to their higher education programme and professional development. CRB assessment is designed to enable learners to become confident using research techniques and methods. It addresses the elements that make up formal research including the proposal, a variety of research methodologies, action planning, carrying out the research itself and presenting the findings. CRB is open to everyone regardless of previous educational experience. However, it may be of particular interest to:
Managers/executives who conduct research on regular basis for business

CRB allows candidates to develop their knowledge and understanding different steps and concepts of research methods in business. The unit covers the knowledge of research projects, research philosophies, research methodologies, research proposal, the literature search, methods of data collection and data analysis.
How much will CRB cost?
Registration to CRB is completely free. Test fee is £99 and there are no other fees. However, if you take tuition support from any of our registered training centre, it will charge fees for their services.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed by a set of 40 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each MCQ will carry 2.5 marks. Duration of the test is 60 minutes. You require minimum 60% marks to pass the CRB test.
